Nutritional Counselling

Reform to a Healthier Diet & Thrive with Us

Our vision is promoting a healthier community.

What we choose to put into our bodies has a significant effect on our health.

We believe in empowering our customers (individuals) to make better choices about their diet and their overall health. Not only do we provide nutritional counseling for our customers who need to maintain online resources we also provide solutions for them through our partnerships for them and their loved ones in our consultation in order for them to make better nutritional and healthier choices.

The Basics

Social Media bombards the average person through algorithms with various advice about what to eat, what’s good for you and bad, claims on nutritional values on food we intake in our bodies pushed out by big corporation as well as small businesses. Sorting through this noise can be difficult.

Good news! We are here to help and advice our customers and clients on the right choice for their individual body types.

We employ you to remember the basic tenets of food and nutrition many of us learn at a young age.

Nutritional basics to keep in mind:

  • Have three meals a day with healthy snacks (as needed) in between.
  • Drink  water frequently and avoid high-sugar drinks (like soda and concentrated juices).
  • High-fiber diets can be beneficial and salt should be used in moderation.
  • Moderate your use of butter and gravies.
  • For protein, favor fish and poultry over red meat.

Some tips for parents:

  • Children are exposed to a lot of sugar. Decrease their intake when possible.
  • Baking, grilling, and broiling food is best—moderate fried foods.
  • Children under the age of two require fats for healthy development.
  • Do not implement a low-fat diet for these children without first speaking with your pediatrician.
